1. Warm control-with five steps(0-5)option, press once to enhance one step.
2. Auto Program, two sets of auto program massage are available-1. for the purpose of best effect, roller massage program is designed in accordance with roller grain and leg touch. 2. in order to achieve roller effect, kneading massage program is designed in accordance with kneading massage and soft massage wheel.
3. Forward/Reverse Rotation Option-forward will automatically set when staring. Press once to make reverse rotation, press more to make forward rotation.
4. Speed Button-1. Speed up:Press to increase speed. Press once to increase one step. Eight steps optional. 2. Speed down: Press to reduce speed. Press once to reduce one step. Eight steps optional.
5. Speed-Press “Speed up”or “Speed down”, it would indicate the present speed.
6. Stand by-Insert power plug in socket, 1 indicates stand-by.
7. Power Button-Press it, the machine will run and automatically run 20 minutes. Press again to run off the machine.
