Select manual program, press Uphill/Downhill button to adjust the angle. The angle level is from 4 to -4 in 9 levels for choice.

Select manual program, press Fast/Slow button to adjust the speed. The speed level is from 1 to 10 in 10 levels for choice.

Press “Intelligent Monitor” button to display information among “Speed/Timer/Angle” during exercise.
